This patient came into see us because he wanted a brand new smile. He was interested in have white, straight teeth with no chips or spaces.

With the help of one of our periodontal specialists we placed an implant on the upper left side for a tooth that was failing. While we were waiting for the implant to fully heal we proceded with the preparation of his upper and lower teeth. We prepared all the teeth on a Friday and the patient left in temporary crowns. His smile transformation was half completed and the patient was so happy with his temporaries that he could not wait to get the permanent crowns cemented.

A little over two weeks later we cemented his new crowns into place. The change was dramatic and the patient was very happy.
